What's the best sport for fitness/development?

in your opinion what's the best sport to get fit & boost growth/development
i'm currently considering swimming, tennis & football (soccer) & i may start sprinting so out of those options which would be the most adequate

tennis and swmming to have a mogger frame

rowing, swimming, climbing.

for women it's unironically ice skating.

specifically speed skating or short track.

the ones in figure skating also tend to look good

Id also add long jump and pole vault, but usually they dont look as good as most of the ice skating pics

wrestling is a honorary mention, most foids that wrestle end up with very good lower bodies, the downside is that their entire body gets developed so they end up more masc as well

ik swimming helps build your back & gives better posture and allat but more specifically tennis
Tennis is extremely good for upper back and posture. It requires flexibility in high level and sprinting for short amount of time.
Plus you play outside which mogs
