What’s the best type of zinc for hair thickening?

I have Zinc Gluconate, would that cut it? It’s a generic brand, at 50mg per pill.

Im in zinc picolinate and must say its pretty good. I didnt buy it for hair porpuses but after 10 days using it i surprisely noticed that my hair looks a lot more thickened.
I use this Brand:

One day 2 pills, another only 1 and so on. That thorne zinc has double power.
