What's the best way to gain weight crazy fast (enchanced)

I'm currently taking MK677 and I used it to gain 20 pounds in 2 months. I've now lost 10 of that for whatever reason and can't seem to put it back on, as I feel my appetite isn't what It used to be. What can I take to boost this appetite to make it easy af to put on weight again like for example anarexic meds. Not taking test or any anabolic steroids, I just need to put on weight.
