I’m 16 and I need better bone structure in my face. It’s not horrible, but it’s not great. My maxilla is recessed asf and my mandible is mad small bc I mouth breathed for like a year.

I’ve been considering injecting test and Hgh. Is there anything else I can do?

I’m still in puberty btw (growing about an inch every few months)

If you are severely recessed you will need bimaxillary advancement, which will have incredible results at your age compared to doing it at an age like 30, as your bones are still very malleable up until age 25.

There is no amount of "mewing" or "jaw excercises" that can fix a genetic flaw.

You can get some minor help from only trying to nose breath and trying to stick your tongue to the roof of your mouth (in other words, "mewing") but the results are very minor if you are super recessed.

Mastic gum chewing can radically alter your masseter muscles to make your face more angular, but again this is useless if your face is severely recessed.

Talk to an orthodontist, dentist and probably a male plastic surgeon asap. You have over a decade of solid youth left even after the operation is done, and it is covered by insurance in many cases.

It's 6 months of inconvenience and pain and a chunk of money, for something no amount of money or effort can buy: A youth where you can enjoy yourself and the dating scene.

Doubt it's due to mouth breathing. I mouth breathed 24/7 my entire life till Jan 2022 and still my maxilla is very forward grown. Only my chin is very slightly recessed otherwise my jaw looks great too. Ofc it could've grown better but one year doesn't do shit. Your only hope is to inject hgh. Also get a palate expander if you can

It is impossible to improve your face without surgery unless you are fat, have acne, or have thin eyebrows. There is simply nothing to do, you can't change your bone structure or facial features or anything. You need surgery

If mouth breathing affects people differently bc it fucked my face up bad. I was a solid 7/10 before and now im a 5/10. And is hgh safe at this age? I’ve been on peptides but anything other than that scares tf out of me.

It's never safe though DM me your pics if you're comfortable. Peptides wont do shit you need something that targets your face

I disagree bc look at female bodybuilders’ before and after photos. Their face becomes more masculine bc of the steroids (like test). It builds bone in their face, improving zygos, mandible, etc…

My body fat % is high asf in these pics but you can still tell that I’m recessed

Main failo is overbite

Hey, I'm making a proper looksmaxxing plan, and when I get done with it. Mind if I DM you again and you give me your honest opinion of my plan and routine?

I know last time my DM was kind of not prepared, disorganized, and out of the blue. I apologize for that.

You know clearly know a lot, so I'd like to hear back from you. Another thing I want to mention that's out of my routine as I struggled to find this, but how do I maintain having a youthful body as getting older? Chaundo Tan has a great body that matches his face, but Tom Cruise does not. You can search up photos of Tom Cruise. I'm not trying to exaggerate with these photos.

Both are around the similar age, but Tom Cruise looks much older due to his body. His face is not bad here and can pass as younger than he is from face alone, but if he's hooking up with a girl. He takes off his shirt, then it will turn off many girls, and girls will clearly know that he is older due to his body. Tom Cruise looks more like 30s face wise in that photo.

This is Tom Cruise in Vanilla Sky so he's like 10 years younger compared to that other photo, but you can still see body wise that it's still quite old and not youthful. Better than the other photo, but you can still tell it's aged. Collagen from his body looks too aged to be able to pass someone as 20s for body.

I hope I can receive a reply from this as most stuff to avoid aging is just focused on the face, but not for the body besides the basics like exercising and eating healthy which I'm sure Tom Cruise did.
