Whats the best way to grow eyebrows and lashes?

I wanna grow my lashes and eyebrows but heard that latisse can grow lashes fast but fucks up your eye area, and i wanna use minoxidil but dont wanna permanently use it so that i dont lose all the progress made. I was also using castor oil but heard it can take very long to see results.

I used it for 2+ months, it works sorta but it only makes the hairs longer, doesn't actually thicken the eyebrows

that sounds good for lashes but not for brows
