You can try to curl them with an eyelash curler, that makes them look longer since they create a contrast against the upper eyelid.

But it can also look uncanny and gay because eyelash curlers crimp the lashes.

also my arc seems to be higher idk why. Like lowish set eyebrows and positive tilt but the arch gives me angry-ish expressions
