What’s the best way to make Friends?

I have some girls on Snap and 3 very good friends but outside that I have no one.

Everyone in my friend group wonders why I have so few social contacts.

I have the looks to attract people and to make more friends

But I got traumatised as a kid, from bullying and death in my Family. I was in Therapy at 10yo because I wanted to take my life.

So getting friends is hard for me.

Any suggestion would help
