Eplerenone, hctz, amiloride, nebivolol or else?

eplerenone + amiloride combo’s the cleanest for that imo. both work without wrecking electrolytes too hard, and they blunt aldosterone pretty well so you don’t just rebound with more water after.
nebivolol’s nice as an add-on if your bp creeps up, keeps the adrenergic stuff calm too.
i’d save hctz for short bursts only, it’s harsher and can flatline potassium fast.
also keep sodium consistent, swinging intake makes the bloat worse regardless of what you’re taking.

Is eplerenone on itself effective enough? Amiloride is difficult to source

eplerenone on itself still does a solid job, just a bit milder than when stacked with amiloride. most guys run 25-50mg daily and see a noticeable difference in water retention within a week or two. just don’t expect it to fully dry you out

Should amiloride and eplerenone be used daily? What dosages?

both are usually run daily since consistency matters with mineralocorticoid balance.
eplerenone: 25-50mg ed is the sweet spot
amiloride: 5-10mg ed pairs well

What do you think about eplerenone daily and hctz every 3 days?

Let’s say 25mg
tbh im not sure if it would be better to use 12.5mg hctz ed or 25mg e3d
since pulsing it e3d just nukes consistency, day 1 you dump all your potassium, day 2-3 aldosterone spikes, eplernone coverage dies, you end up bloated again.
for me, eplernone 25-50mg + amiloride 5mg ed would be better

Hctz is good as fuck for quick results.

But will rape you with cramps if you dont manage electrolytes (speaking from experience)

and how would you do that? Electrolyte supplements?

Eplerenone for test if you even need it..
Nebivolol for HGH.

^ + OP already plans to use test p and aromasin so any bloat from testosterone would be negligible

A mix of Eplerenone, Nebivolol, and hctz would be your best bet. I'm currently running 25mg Eplerenone & 12.5mg hctz and have eliminated bloating entirely.

what frequency for each?

Have you ran into any problems? What things do you do to mitigate issues?

I take both every morning. I've personally not ran into any issues since eplerenones potassium-sparing effect offsets the electrolyte depletion you'd otherwise experience with hctz at this dosage.

Do you source them from Indiamart?

I'd advise against Indiamart since so many sellers are horrible and you need to do a lot of vetting to find a good source. Sourcing directly from factories or from pctzone.net would be your best bet.

Why is everyone so obsessed with Eplerenone?

ARBs (like Telmisartan) are a step higher, so they do more things and have multiple other benefits

Eplerenone blocks aldosterone directly after it’s already produced

Telmisartan prevents aldosterone from being produced in the first place

Because I've used it and can confirm it works. I've never taken Telmisartan so I can't comment on it's efficiency.

I actually had telmisartan as part of my stack for managing BP though I have never seen it mentioned for counteracting bloat

yeah true, telmisartan acts upstream so it shuts off aldosterone production before it even hits the receptor, more comprehensive overall.
i just think it would be better to stack them for optimal results.

Yeah maybe, I’ve never tried both at the same time.

But Eplerenone at 25mg is already like 3-4 times more expensive than Telmisartan at 40mg in most sources.

I notice significant reduction in bloat on high dose TRT (250mg) with even 20mg Telmisartan. I even got cramps at some point when I was on 175mg test, so had to up my electrolytes.

And it’s way less effective for reducing BP, so it will never be my first choice.
