Whats the best way to shorten philtrum

Whats the best way to shorten my philtrum? Looking forward into getting some type of surgery to shorten it. I'm 17 rn so can't get it yet but maybe theres some fraudmaxxing tips like make-up or smtnhg that'll make it look shorter. Thanks

Liplift (best option), lipfiller (less ideal just cheaper), beard (just to cover). By far the best option is liplift tho

Im 17 with a long philtrum too, going to do it when i am 18 and have enough money bcs in its 4k
