Whats the best ways to testmaxx

can grow stubble but patchy

when i was 14 i looked like literal shit but after i wrestling and boxingmaxxed my face changed so much i learnt that testosterone can change your face i cant go to the gym anymore and i barely train

is there any specific training that maxes my test and if theres any food please tell me

there's alot of foods u can eat tbh just research
like onions, broccoli, garlic, red meat, and etc

for training just do cardio (not too much), and when working out use multiple muscle groups rather than isolation movements

can stairs be good cardio
also i have a jumping rope

cardio, having sex with pretty girls, eating healthy and natural foods, sleeping at least 8hrs, getting sun and not fapping will do u good.

testosterone boosters and all that shit will only work if you got low test, but at that point u just gotta get trt tbh
