What’s the catch with this surgeon

This surgeon is a chadlite factory, am I missing anything? Only implants I’ve ever seen that look good. Is there a catch?

Only catch seems it’s in Brazil. Would prefer a U.S. one but I’ve yet to see a single U.S. surgeon with good results like this guy. He knows subtlety.
