What’s the deal with huperzine a and height growth

is any of it based in truth? i have no idea what the fuck huperzine a does, but i’ve seen a few posts of people saying it apparently can increase the effects of mk to the equivalent of 7-8ius of growth hormone. is this cope or is there some level of truth in it?
