Both of them are online groups that are anti-women and felt like society has lied to them. Both of them are all-male and vaguely conservative. Both of them are despised by feminists and liberals.
The core difference I guess is that incels are more suicidal/violent and are upset that they'll never get female validation. While MGTOW tend to be ex-husbands and single fathers who have had sex before, but got divorce raped or cucked or just had a bad breakup. And now they just swear off women and focus on their own lives; making them overall more supportive. That, and incels tend to be quite young (teenagers and 20s dudes). While MGTOW tends to be middle-aged.
In many ways, if an incel does end up ascending and getting a betabuxx relationship, they'll likely morph into a MGTOW a few years later.
