whats the general best workout routine

ive seen so many different exercises and calorie intakes for leanmaxxing and i just want to know, what the general best routine for working out and what should be the diet
 
Just follow one thats best fit for ur lifestyle, in general the best thing for lean maxxing is being on a caloric deficit, again it goes with how many calories YOU are intaking so just reduce the amount, its not a one fit for all caloric max intake. For workouts if u want to be lean do some cardio with proper electrolytes and also do optimal workouts for an aesthetic physique like shoulder workouts, chest, lats. The diet should have lots of nutrients as u loose a bit working out. Eat lots of meats, organs, and fruits (fruits before a workout if ur hungry) and drink lots of raw milk, raw kefir/yogurt. for calcium. All these foods i said dont have many calories and it isnt hard to gain weight or fat off of them.

Upper/Lower is best split hands down.

8-12 sets per muscle a group. High weight, high intensity.
Basic stable easy to progressive overload exercises selection.

should be the diet

sb lifting is always the most optimal and the best for u, U/L if it gets boring, PPLxUP but thats 2x frequency. 3x is best for muscle growth, stay consisten, get the right protein intake, And patience.

Just buy the highest priced influencer course you can and you’ll be fine

Higher price = higher quality information
