what’s the general consensus on filler ?

im not talking about crazy change like giving you zygos if you don’t have them naturally or going from recessed to normie with filler but using them for small change ?

like nasolabial fold, undereye, adding 3-4mm to the chin those kind of stuff

is it good and safe or is it moving everywhere and give you bloated face when it’s gone ?

There is no general consensus. Some say it migrates, others say it doesn't. - Some say it can migrate but only when filler is done incorrectly and/or with a bad material (needs to go directly on the bone).

it is totally fine, it’s not going to migrate anywhere, only when done poorly.
Go to a injector that regularly does males and is a specialist.
Filler needs to be injected subcutaneously and it won’t migrate anywhere, some gets injected onto the bone and onto the deeb subcutaneous if you get it into the zygos for example.

it won’t migrate if don’t correctly, otherwise you can still dissolve it anytime.

Personally think it's only good in the jaw and chin and it needs to be a very hard filler. Soft fillers in lips/cheeks/teartroughs are not going to end well.
