I would say the worse 3 are
1: Dickpill, there is very little you can do about penis size.
2: Teen love pill, if you dont get this you are doomed to have an incel mindset. You have missed a development milestone if you never had teen love.
3: Heightpill. Getting heightmogged is the worse. Height is god tier for both men and women.

The hardest pill to swallow is individual for each person and it's based on whatever you cannot easily achieve but you are aware you need it.
