If I’m a 3/10 could I looksmax to above average, if I worked really hard? If ur full full looksmaxxed facially and physically, how would u be rated?

No clue unless you post a pic of yourself. Ultimately depends how deep into surgery you are willing to go. Anybody can be a 10/10 if they go under the knife enough times

PS has limits and many times surgeons fuck up and you get a botched surgery. You need to post a pic tbh. If you are 3, you could max out to 5-6 depending on flaws.
If you are manlet, 7 is the max you can reach.

Such a low quality pic you're like a 2 in it. Most here would say rope but there is hope. Just lose all that facial bloat and hope your skull isn't deformed that you could pull off the bald look. Get invisalign. A lot of work to be done but its worth it
