I would imagine probably around 20-22 inches? Anything more than 22 would look kinda off since would be too broad for not someone not tall?

Broader is ideal, ive got 21 inches bideltoid untrained, i need to pump that number up to 22.5-23.

Ideal bideltoid. Probably what 35+ inches if you can fit through 90 percent of all doors you walk through without turning sideways than your bideltoid is way too small.
