Basically, you want something that makes your frame stand out. In photos, this can mean anything i.e. narrow waist, relatively wider shoulders etc

But to stand out in real life, you actually need wide af shoulders to stand out from other men. So most physiques dont count since the men are average height. Average height guys cant do much about their bideltoid.

So be tall, have broad shoulders, not a narrow ribcage, and a relatively narrow waist

Now you do have to note that both these guys are vastly different in height so if you are tall you will never have that waist and if you are short you will never have those shoulders.

Having shoulders in ideal range while the waist is relatively narrow like below 32 or even 30 inches is ideal though, since a broad frame likely comes with good height
