Clavicle length/insertions? Rib cage size? Limb length? What are the hard caps on gymming set by biological factors?

They're not all hard caps, though. You can lose fat and change your hormones with gear. I mean specifically what part about bone structure determines how much weight you can put on. Are clavicles the biggest limiting factor? Rib cage?

Clavicle length and shape plus positioning is gonna affect how good your chest and wide you appear. Clavicle positioning should neutral and not high or low below the neck to avoid the tree trunk look appearance. Clavicle shape should be ideally slightly straight (not full straight because its comical looking) and angled upward’s 5-10 degree angle (ideally) from the sternum. This help’s exposing your upper trapezus muscles even if their not developed or large. The longer your clavicle’s are the more muscle you have to put on your back and chest through a large surface area.

Ribcage size is very underrated and important too which need‘s to be large and broad to give the look of a dimorphic male and further increase chest expansion without having to build much mass.

your limb’s are important too they should all be long and have a slightly long torso. The reason for this is because when you do put mass on longer arms and leg’s it is much asethetically pleasing then short stocky manlet look.

bone size(thickness) is important too and a good way to tell is by your wrist size. This is mega underrated because bone size is the no.1 largely dimorphic trait and is seen with or without muscles, flesh etc. it’s a indicator of good health and genetics for keeping predators away.

your waist is important too which is dictated by how wide your hip’s are but not too narrow to where it look’s comical.

and last but not least the most fucking brutal one of all

SCAPULA

the scapula should be spread out and high set to give off a tapered shoulder appearance and not a sloped sluggish shoulder appearance. You can have a good stats in the above i mentioned but if your Scapula is closer to your spine and no spread out and high set while also being large it is over…..

Cheers. Really appreciate the detailed response.

My follow up question is what, if anything, can be done to improve these things? Will taking GH or GH secretagogues during puberty help? And if so, how much?

Clavicular fusion end’s between the age’s of 23-25 and yes taking GH help’s widen your clavicular length, ribcage size and wrist size (bone size) during puberty. Other method’s beside substance’s is not worth telling you as they provide insignificant result’s.
