My worst was also pretty bad

I ate like 500 calories a day

I was trying to bulk at that point and was stuffing myself with food all the time, literally ate at least 3k cals every day and was hungry all the time for whatever reason. I pretty much already reached my full height too so no idea where all that energy went.
I didn't gain significant weight until 17
