if random men born in the late 1800s can live to 115, then i can see 125-130 being the limit with modern medicine and future technology

Your lifespan is determined by genetics even if you eat clean and exercise every day you can still be outlived by an obese person who eats only fast food and candy

No, bryan johnson is putting all the genetics copers in a chokehold day by day proving lifestyle is a more influential factor

If “lifestyle” really mattered then you wouldn’t see guys like Donald trump who eat only McDonald’s outliving professional athletes whose literal job is to be in the top shape :ROFLMAO:

Contrary to what most people think, professional athlete lifestyle isnt longevity friendly at all, extreme amount of training and stress from pressure to perform, bryan johnson isnt training 4-5 hours a day for a reason

Yep. It's kinda the same reasoning as to why race car components break a lot earlier than normal car components. Run something as hard as possible over and over long term is going to accelerate wear/ aging.

The best thing for longevity is enough physical activity to stay in good shape and capable but not overkill where you're stressing your body with all that torture. Kinda like for cars how in general it's healthiest for them to be driven normally most of the time but pushed harder once in a while. Just doing nothing or doing way too hard of stuff both tend to be bad for man and machine alike
