Really depends on whether you have ubfixable failos or not. If you're just fat, recessed, or boneless you can reach htn maybe even cl if you're able to hardmax

If you have unfixable failos like poor eye spacing, very long midface or excessively brachy skull (not due to sfs) then that will cap you at anywhere from ltn-lhtn depending on how bad it is

Depends on how much you can fix, fat acnecel can ascend to whatever his bones will let him, but if you are already lean and with clear skin still a sub5... well pray to gandy better luck next time.

Depends how recessed you are and where. A bad forehead, and fucked eye area is much harder and riskier to fix than bad jaws. If you are a sub5 because of fucked up midface and lower third, you might be lucky in this case and actually achieve something good.

Usually a sub5 has a deformed and assymetrical face even in eye area. That is almost GG.
