whats the minimum hgh IU for height growth

im 14 and ive done the research hgh does help you grow unless ur growth plates are closed which they arent ive went to a docotor they are not closed since ive went to a docotor and seen the xray and if i take proper nutrients and i sleep correctly it will help me grow?? and no im not expecting to be 7'9 at 14 I'm just expecting a couple for inches
