ive been going to the gym and im pretty lean but i feel like im still too high of bf% i can show you a picture if you need a visual
 
step 1: set calories
step 2: weigh every day in morning and put in tracking app
step 3: see weight trend

After a week, whats the trend if its not moving or going up reduce cals / add more cardio

Its as easy as that but ppl are too fucking lazy
