The weight where you fill out your frame and are also lean enough to have good muscle definition aswell as vascularity. The number doesn’t mean shit.

Honestly just being fit with minimal exercise is enough it's not like he is gonna attract women at 5.9

this is the correct answer. most women think a genuinely strong/big guy (200+) is too muscular. pretty boy john skywalker type physique is the best.

exactly. Discussing ideal weight without discussing BF% is pointless. Even 160 at 10% is going to be difficult to achieve and maintain, 160 at 12% would be much more realistic goal.
 
It depends on your bone structure. I would assume like 160-170lbs max at 8-10% bodyfat.

you want to watch your proportions carefully while becoming huge. look at your current body and try to really examine your skeleton and see how you can bring it into an ideal set of proportions and mobility. this will determine where you want the weight to be. it is easy to put weight on your legs but you don't want to be a t-rex like a lot of gymcels. if you can add some serious mass to your shoulders, forearms, calves, and neck, you will likely keep some pretty attractive portions. In addition try to gain tons on your chest, and NOT shitloads on your back or traps but a fair amount. You will also want to add a lot to your legs, but try to keep a balanced approach.

just be big theory is super legit though, and if you're not big height wise you can kinda make up for it muscle mass wise. while far from ideal at 5'9" you are still tall enough to go for girls under 5'6". you want to crank your perceived fighting success and make women feel "safe and protected".

I think if you're a head taller than a woman (8 inches approx) and at least double her body weight then her chances of finding you attractive skyrocket. thus the higher your body weight the more often you are in this zone with women. there's a good amount of 5'1" women out there even a 5'9" guy can tower over and 200 lbs will put you at the right size category.

seriously though, get huge and you will find some degree of success with girls. after that you can worry about refining things.
