My case example is vinnie hacker, his eyes are average, but his jaw, lips, nose and cheekbones are perfect.

Which means, you can look good with average eyes and good jaw, but not with good eyes and weak jaw.

I’d normally group cheekbones without jaw but if you want to put cheekbones I’d put cheekbones 2nd to jaw above eyes.
