What's the actual most important thing to look out for, during growth?

Diet, test levels, doing sports, sunlight, being active asf?

and do all of these actually have a drastic effect on bones, and growth? or is it just irrilevant/has little effects

I'm not talking ab height btw, mostly face, height is 95% genetics

doing that would help with growth, like compare the exact same person in 2 alternate universes, one that eats 2000 calories a day and sits in his room all day until 18 and one that does that, they would look different

sport is honestly the best option because your most likely outside, socialising, being active etc but the main focus is doing something

15, I won't see no major changes ofc doing allat, but it's better than nothing, I'll take even the small optimal face gains
