What's the actual most important thing to look out for, during growth?
Diet, test levels, doing sports, sunlight, being active asf?
and do all of these actually have a drastic effect on bones, and growth? or is it just irrilevant/has little effects
I'm not talking ab height btw, mostly face, height is 95% genetics
