Whats the optimal diet to maximize growth in puberty for a 16yo?

Im 16, 70kgs, 180cm and train 5 times a week (gym/boxing). Whats the best diet for me to maximize my growth and natural test levels? (height, bones etc..)
 
You should be getting 2.2g of protein for every 1kg of bodyweight, so you specifically want to be consuming a little over 150 grams of protein every day, or 50g per meal if you eat 3 meals. Cut out junk food, and switch to more whole foods

eat a good amount of fats carbs and protein(0.8g x lbs or 1.5g x kg) fet enough iron zinc magnesium vitamine k2 and vitamine d
 
cut out processed poisons to maximize growth all it does is spike estrogen levels and currently you dont want estrogen

normal diet consume only naturals meals and drink milk and eat a lot of meat and don't forget the sun

eat as much meat (cooked rare), milk (raw is best) and eggs (sunny side up/the yolk raw).

Just pick the strongest guy in your gym looking like prime takamura, the bonesmashing itself should ascend you
