Since HIT (high intensity traning) leads to increased production of cortisol ,then how is one supposed to work out and sprint at the same time . I am on my schools track team I wanna keep doing my practice but I don't want it to affect my cortisol levels ,and also I wanted to get jacked at the same . Is it not possible to get the best of the both worlds ?
