The only times you would need pregab are situations where alcohol are involved, and its not recommended to drink on pregab as it effects the same pathways. Good luck relying on it and not having a drink, you can have sean o'pry looks and people will think somethings off if you aren't drinking at a social function. Might as well just get drunk. I’m not big on alcohol, you shouldn’t need anything with a girl who actually likes you, but this is true. If you’re at a party or bar and gonna hook up with a girl, she needs to see you drinking as much as she is. But if you come in on your own shit and don’t drink, but she did, it looks like you’re stacking the deck and that’s when you’re seriously risking her crying rape the next day.

Most normies and girls never have sex sober, are high inhib and rely on alcohol. And they don’t even know what pregab is. So taking pregab or nootropics is about the biggest incel trait I can think of. They’re nothing compared to real drugs anyways.
