i tried to go to the gym for like 4 months when i first joined this forum, but there is just no point, im 6'4 150-160lbs, skinny as a stick and nothing changed at ALL, creatine, 1:1.25 protein per bodyweight and 5x days a week, no im not doing roids, that shit is dumb, its just... eh, pointless

what should i do, and should i get back into it

4 months isnt gonna do shit obviously you don't js become david laid in a year unless you have god-tier genetics
all you can do is stay consistent and if you're unsatisfied with your physique (WITH CONSISTENT TRAINING MINIMUM 4 DAYS A WEEK) after 2-3 years then maybe consider roids if you're that insecure

Get your testosterone checked. I spent 3 years in the gym with minimal progress and I think it's because of my T levels (310)

Just keep it up, maintain, never will be anything as natty maybe after 4 years of hard training

im sure you’ve heard of the ridiculous idea of gomad and 5x5

it’s not rocket science, you eat more food, train harder than last time, and progressively overload each week

6'4 is the best height to hit the gym and get huge. It takes longer to fill that frame, but tall jacked guys always look more impressive than short jacked guys.

More like it’s useless to roid, a high appeal physique can be achieved in 1-3 years of natty lifting whereas if you blast roids it’ll make you look older and possible receded your hairline and give you acne

Have u checked ur progressions? Hypertrophy is an adaptation

And another thing. 2 years of training is still considered a "beginner" so 4 months is literally nothing, probably in 4 months u r still developing some body awareness
And then theres the genetics. Every tall person has a harder time filling out their body, even more so if their genes aren't conducive to hypertrophy lol

I mean. 6ft4??? In a few months of training u would have "proportions" and a physique that someone who is 5ft11 would work their whole life to have lol
And idk. At this point Idont think it matters much, u have to be really ugly and weird for ur height not to support that
