Some outlier foids like Miranda Cosgrove can peak as late as mid-late 20s though (Miranda's near the end of her prime IMO). At the other end of the spectrum, some early bloomer foids will peak at 15 or 16 in looks.

17 and 18 year olds in HS probably won't be willing to have a 23 y/o bf unless they're highly primal, simply due to the social stigma involved.

I think many 18-19 y/o women in college or the workforce would be happy to have a 23 y/o bf.

Just anecdotally, I have been able to match 18 and 19 year olds on Tinder at age 26-28. Granted, I never met up with any of them, but it probably means they are open to guys as old as 28 at least.
