what's the reason behind chubby cheeks?

ok so here are my stats
18, 5'11, 57.6kg, 8% bodyfat - yes i know, im a literal twig

but for some reason i still have those baby like chubby cheeks and my friends/family/random people always point out how chubby my cheeks are and how babyish they make me look

so i know the simple answer as to why i look like a chubby 12 year old is "bones" but what specific bones are recessed/underdeveloped therefore causing the god forsaken babyfaced moon look ive always had going on

I literally go from hollow cheeks to chubby cheeks just from different lighting

proof I'm not just schizo: my half sis drew me and I had hollow cheeks in the drawing

also I see it myself ofc

when I have all the light behind me and no light in front of me: hollow cheeks and overall look much better as this lighting hides almost all my flaws and makes my tall chin more obvious

like any other type of lighting: boneless chubby cheeked truecel
