Whats the reason for nose hole exposure from the front?

Is it maxillary protrusion? On front profile pictures my nose holes are visible and exposed. Can a rhino fix this and kind of rotate my nose?
 
I wanna know about the rhino too. I have maxillary protrusion and my nose is upturned
 
It can be fixed by rhino yes.
