My cheeks, masseters(its normal) and temporalises are bloating after hard chewing. How can i fix it(there is no progress).

How is jaw training dangerous and I have made MASSIVE progress after training them for 6 months, as long as you are careful and don't train really hard to the point you are in pain its safe. Also 'chew hard food', western food/die just don't have that much chewy food expect steak which is very expensiveand training jaw is dangerous don't do this shit. just chew hard food

But i dont see any progress guys. Doing it for 2 weeks every day and there is really no any progress. 2 falm gum in once and this is 2x or 3x time in a day. But like i said, there are no progress.. My masseters only looks like developed when i squeezed them. I want to make them look like when i squeeze them without squeezing.
