Whats the reason of face bloating after hard chew?

My cheeks, masseters(its normal) and temporalises are bloating after hard chewing. How can i fix it(there is no progress).
 
your masseters and temporalises are muscles, training temp will lead to a pump and overall temporary increase of size and definition, that’s why you would look bloated after training them for a short period of time
 
and training jaw is dangerous don't do this shit. just chew hard food

But i dont see any progress guys. Doing it for 2 weeks every day and there is really no any progress. 2 falm gum in once and this is 2x or 3x time in a day. But like i said, there are no progress.. My masseters only looks like developed when i squeezed them. I want to make them look like when i squeeze them without squeezing.

Just do it for like 15-30 minutes a day max
you also wouldn't do 1000 reps of bicep curls a day

Oh shit i do it like stupid boys. Chewing falm gum 1-2 hours fast and hard. My tempers are hurts sometimes when i touch it.

it's not supposed to hurt bro
immediately cut it till the pain is gone
after the pain is gone, you can start again and just do it like 30 mins a day max

How is jaw training dangerous and I have made MASSIVE progress after training them for 6 months, as long as you are careful and don't train really hard to the point you are in pain its safe. Also 'chew hard food', western food/die just don't have that much chewy food expect steak which is very expensive
 
I would recommend you to chew wood sticks

It seems like a meme but chewing gum will work the buccinators a lot as well and make your cheeks puffy

Bitting on wood sticks, bitting them hard will not work the buccinators as much

I just have a little problems with my jaw joint that's why I don't train it
