You can I believe in you, losing weight is hard but you can do it, gotta be on a daily basis. Even if it doesn't work you tried, chin implant and jaw surgery would be your best solution.

From what I've seen sadly mockeries start from 5ft7/8 and lower but I live in a liberal type city even doe it's 99% muslim country, it's brutal as hell. Just heightmaxx, 5ft11 and + is literally perfect for you, 5ft9/10 is average/normal
