By contracting the occipitalis muscles it brings blood flow trough the scalp, to get contracting of the occipitalis muscles it’s suggested to ise your jaws as a startin point. So my disc slipped and got displaced and damaged my condyles (neck of mandible bone) and shifted my mandible and ruined my lower jaw.
