1st place, Stem cell transplant to treat torn tendons in my shoulder. The extraction of the stem cells from my illiac crest was not that painful. It was the injection into my shoulder that was painful. The idiot physical therapist sales person that explained the procedure to me, just told me that they inject the stem cell into the shoulder joint using a camera guided needle. I thought... no big deal, I don't need to take any pain killers for that. But what he neglected to tell my was that before injecting the stem cells, the operator uses the camera guided needle to punch multiple holes in the tendons to stimulate growth. I almost past out from the pain twice, and I was dripping sweat.

2nd Place, I had a sadist Dentist when I was like 8 years old, didn't believe in numbing injections.

Because I would still get tremors, agitation, and twitching, along with unexplainable feelings of dread. They faded over time, but it took half a decade.
