I think this is bone assymetry. Do you sleep or chew on one side more often? And I believe fixing your muscles and posture might slightly improve the asymmetry. Maybe add thumb pulling, chewing, and other exercises(you might not see resutls) Other than that, jaw surgery is the best option for quick results.

i used to sleep on left, which is the left jaw on the pic. i chewed on right growing up mostly, which is right side on the pic. also iirc i always used to mew and put pressure on right side mainly, which is right side on pic.

fixing asymmetries with lifestyle changes but I'm 20 so might not see the difference. My left side of face looks more defined for some reason even though i chew on right, like my jaw angle is more defined on left

what surgery would even fix this? i need my left side fixed to match right side, like a bsso but only on left. also my left side profile is more downturned than right, like uneven gonial angle.

nope. i have normal posture, ive always kept my shoulders alligned with head. i do however have a tight neck on the right side compared to left. Like my head used to be tilted to the right because of tight neck on one side

Does one side of your face appear "lower" or maybe more recessed/backwards than the other too?

You sure scoliosis causes that? I got the same problem and also have one shoulder higher than the other.

Wait what side is your "good" side? The side which is lower is usually the "bad" one
left side from front. right side from side profile. left looks more defined, right looks more rounded

Bro one side should look better in both, if your left side falls down it should be the "bad side"

you would get some better responses if the forum was in a better state my g
