for me i build arm 10x easier than any other group, wish my lower chest was the same

i have strech marks on them from growing quickly and ohp is by far my strongest lift

My triceps are fucking huge for some reason. The rest of my muscles take forever to grow

My chest explodes so easily and so does my shoulders

My legs are dogshit tier, I lift quite heavy for my weight but because of my high insertions it take forever to grow

Yeah chest helps fill out your shirt so much tbh

My arms are pretty small but it looks my body look aesthetic, I hate it when the arms get way bigger than the shoulders

my upper chest is actually huge so it looks big in a tshirt

but shirtless it doesnt look as good because lower chest isnt as big

Decent overall but my shoulders grow the most. Chest and back are the weakest.

My legs are much stronger in proportion to my body that I squat more than I deadlift.
