Bro, the hyoid bone isn't fixed to any other bone, there is just muscle tissue. You have to constantly push it upwards, or else your neck is going to start sagging

well how do you push it upwards when nothing fits into your narrow jaw or you cant hardmew because the anterior part of the maxilla is downward grown

Start by using your thumbs and pulling the gum of teeth (not the teeth) to the side, and push the palate upwards. After a week of doing this regularly you should see improvements

hyoid bone is mostly for submental region aesthetic and a loose bone

Adams apple could show if you have bad posture or weak neck (both go hand in hand mostly)

the problem is, can you even straighten it. there are regularly cases of very downwardgrown anterior maxilla or whatever
