What’s wrong with my eyebrows

How do I ascend my eyebrows? Other than the fact they are very messy, I feel they are greyer or less dense than my actual hair. They don’t look as dark. What’s the problem here and how do I fix it?

They are too close together and have a pretty high positive tilt.

Like other guy said, too tilted not horizontal enough, I don't think there is fix for though

Other than the shape. They look grey. It looks lighter than my head hair.
