I went to a plastic surgeon recently and brought up the idea of genioplasty and bimax.he rejected both of those and said I should opt for a chin implant.

Too many surgeries is expensive and when u have so many failos in ur face your gonna make urself uncanny in the process

In my opinion surgery is worth it if u have 1 massive thing keeping u back then u do just 1-2 but the more surgeries you have the more uncanny you look he will end up wasting money if u tries to fix everything

And at the same time fixing 1 or 2 things won’t be enough for him to increase any attractiveness to a noticeable level
