mostly imo by what i see i think you’re lacking some forward growth, can happen in underdeveloped maxilla, and you’ve got a… biggie nose. but i mean it’s not over, maybe research more about forward growth online, or if you want realistically answer, just ask chat gpt, it won’t call you slurs for wanting to change lmao

Palatal Expansion. but i suggest you look into it and do research and if you’re sure first always ask the orthodox, or dentist whatever they are. don’t trust the incels, also about nose, no it’s not that big, its just because of bad upper jaw support (flat face) if you manage to get that forward growth it’ll look a thousand times better
