overbite and malinclusions, go to a dentist and get braces, could be a problem with maxila causing overbite so look if you need a maxillary osteotomy
these are awful pictures so i can't tell but it looks like you don't brush them very well
This is what I was looking for.overbite and malinclusions, go to a dentist and get braces, could be a problem with maxila causing overbite so look if you need a maxillary osteotomy
Thanks for this in depth explanation.Four things I see right off the bat:
1) It looks like you have a deep bite. It’s not an overjet, it just looks like a vertical issue as far as I can see. You can get this fixed with braces.
2) Your teeth look worn down. This could be from grinding your teeth or it could be from something else, no clue. You can get this fixed with composite bonding. I have the same issue and am getting it done in a few months.
3) It looks like you have gum recession in some areas. I’m not sure what the solution is. Talk to a dentist.
4) They’re yellower than ideal. This is the easiest fix. Whitening strips at home or professional teeth whitening will fix it.
Your bruxism is the most likely cause of your teeth being worn down. Surely this can also affect your occlusion. Talk to your dentist. They can make a device you wear during your sleep to prevent grinding your teeth. Thanks for this in depth explanation.
Do you think bruxism could be causing issues? My jaw makes popping noise And I think it’s damaged the enamel on my teeth.
JFL whitening strips dont do shit. OP believe me I've tried both and h2o2 or carbamide peroxide +LED light is a million times better and only takes 2 weeks vs potentially months and hundreds of dollars of whitening strips all for not being able to eat anything colder than room temp.Four things I see right off the bat:

I'm not sure which one you've used, but they certainly do work. Regardless, he can follow Pneumo's guide if he doesn't want to bother paying to get it done professionally.JFL whitening strips dont do shit.
