It can look good if the goal is to bring your tilt to neutral, but once it gets into the positive tilt regions it starts to look retarded.

So if your tilt is subhuman it's usually worth it, otherwise just get a pexy

i dont know, i think pexy is worth doing if you have retracted lower lids. also winger upper bleph if you have severe negative hooding, i wouldnt reccomend traditional upper bleph though. gives you too much uee. fat grafting seems good
lower bleph is trash it literally retracts your lower eyelids and gives you more scleral show
obo is like never worth it unless your eyes are on the sides of your skull or youre cyclops
