I don't do bar curls, I do regular curls with like 10 kg high volume.

they're like 17 inch, I don't really get a pump in my arms.

I do sets of 10 with 14 kilos dumbells. According to a calculator online i should be able to do almost 19 kilos 1 rep, however i'm never going to try It (maximum strength rep Is best way to get injured)
