It really doesn’t matter as long as I get 40-45g protein per meal

I fast throughout the morning.

First meal @ 1-2pm: 3 eggs, 3 slices of canadian bacon, and protein shake

Midday snack: greek yogurt w/ half sliced banana and some granola

Dinner: some type of lean protein with rice and veggies

Desert: kirkland protein bar w/ glass of skim milk
 
3100 calories per day to maintain at this weight.
200g protein. Trying to recomp down to 7-8% body fat.

Low carb / low salt to try and combat facial bloating was too restrictive and didn't really work.
 
Breakfast - 3 eggs spinach omelette
Lunch - Potatoes, lean mince, vegetables
Dinner - Rice, lean chicken, vegetables
1 Gallon water

GG no facial bloat.

Usual split is about 45 carbs, 37 fats, 18 protein. calories between 2200 and 2650 if working out or not.

Low fat milk, high protein plain yogurt, cheese, bread and peanut butter, granola and oats. Coffee and homecooked meals, corn chips, apples, bananas and pears. Forgot to mention meat everyday at dinner most days its red but white meat often aswell. Basically it is between a Mediterranean and Nordic diet.

People are usually over the top on protein, it isnt bad but it is more affordable to scale it back and spend on better foods and on home cooking meals.

Calculate protein based on lean body mass so find your ffmi, I calculated that I need 101g protein from memory so its not much and seeing as I have to eat in a 250 surplus to minimise fat gain, lean bulk is the way. Its better to spend these calories on carbs, also to calculate your split the calories are scaled so carbs and protein are 4 calories per gram and fats are 9, this means that fats can be more affordable but reduce the amount you eat, bad for insulin. Carbs are good as they are fuel, give you energy, having carb heavy meals at night is famous for energy and endurance for athletes. Eccentric diets are usually practiced by fitness gurus online and not actual athletes so dont take them seriously.

dinner: mashed potatoes, chicken, apple puree

Snacking on more bananas, bread and some junk throughout the day when I feel I need more calories (shooting for a surplus)

Forgot berries they are gigachad fruit, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries they are all good.
