i am trying to get sugar only from fruits and milk, but somedays i take a small bite of milk chocolate. High sugar intake might be one of the worst things you can do to your diet, but i feel like 0g sugar diet everyday is just way too harsh.

super low, sadly I do have some fructose due to my coconut water intake.

okay so this is gonna sound like im some goatis enjoyer who spouts whatever he says. but i dont follow by his rules entirely.

in the winter you need to be outside and getting some cold for your body to be more fat craving and less carb craving. sugar/carbs isnt nescesarily bad. it lowers cortisol and does other great things. makes your skin glow. ofc that depends on the type of carb your consuming. mainly you want to be consuming glucose and not fructose or sucrose. go for mostly glucose.

i eat like 50 g of honey a day which is quite high in fructose and then i drink like 1.5 liter of lactose free milk. which i just glucose instead of fructose. so thats very nioce for me. split into 2 meals. i only eat 2 meals a day.

my face is more lean when i do carbs just because i enjoy life much more and cortisol decreases

i used to eat a teaspoon of organic honey and a bite of ginger every morning for a few months, i will start doing that again since i forgot to order more of that honey. Also a cup of milk at night, 1,5l its too much milk a day imo.

i am in develpment and LOVE milk. it decreases my cortisol by alot by just being satisfied and loving it. it also naturally has loads of electrolytes and you should NEVER drink water with your meals. always milk or blood or just nothing,

also dont consume ANYTHING that holds energy outside of your meal windows which should be max 3 times per day- also rep m,ee
